The Lapedagne family and their chef Sébastien Capdeville welcome you to their mountain restaurant in Arette; equipped with a brazier and a fireplace, the atmosphere is chic and relaxed. The Domaine’s vegetable garden and the Lassalle farm on your plate
The “Le Soudet” restaurant draws its inspiration directly from its vegetable garden and farm (Lassalle, located in Lourdios-Ichère). Seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs and locally-raised meats feed an authentic and creative mountain cuisine. This direct link between the land and the plate guarantees freshness, quality and respect for natural cycles. At “Le Soudet”, every dish tells a story of terroir, passion and true simplicity, in total elegance.
Chef Sébastien Capdeville
Also a Lapédagne grandson, Sébastien Capdeville continues the family legacy with passion, creating authentic, refined cuisine. Trained in the finest establishments and driven by his attachment to his roots and the region, he decided to return to his native Pyrenees to take part in the “Lapédagne” project. Between the vegetable garden of his restaurant in Arette and the family farm “Lassalle” in Lourdios-Ichère, he draws his ideas from a combination of know-how and creativity.

The Domaine Lapédagne wine bar is a warm and elegant place, ideal for sharing a convivial moment in the heart of the Pyrenees.
The à la carte menu features a fine selection of carefully chosen wines, accompanied by top-notch tapas prepared by chef Sébastien Capdeville using local, seasonal produce.
