Domaine Lapédagne offers a total accommodation capacity of 130 beds. You’ll find an elegant variety of sleeping arrangements, including double beds, single beds and comfortable sofa beds. Our accommodations include master suites, cosy apartments and charming ecolodges, allowing you to welcome all your guests on site. What’s more, 30% of our accommodations are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), to guarantee absolute comfort for everyone.
Is there a separate bridal suite for the bride and groom? Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, a sumptuous bridal suite is entirely dedicated to the bride and groom, offering you a cocoon of intimacy and softness. All our rooms and suites have private bathrooms.
Are sheets, towels and cleaning included?
So that your guests only have to savor the moment, all linen (soft sheets and fluffy towels) is provided. A cleaning package for the rooms and magnificent common areas is also included in your reservation.
What time can guests arrive on Friday and when must they vacate the premises on Sunday?
From Friday to Sunday, the entire estate is available for your exclusive wedding. Your guests can settle in comfortably from Friday afternoon, and enjoy the premises to the full until the end of the day on Sunday.
Will we be the only customers on site, or can other spaces be rented out to third parties?
You benefit from complete privatization of the estate. No space (neither spa nor accommodation) will be rented out to third parties. This unique place belongs to you for the duration of your weekend.
Do you offer a wedding domain in the Basque Country with outdoor space for ceremonies and views of the mountains?
Absolutely. Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, our estate boasts grandiose outdoor spaces with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. This natural setting, with its blend of charm and mountain elegance, is the idyllic backdrop for your special event. Our flexible reception areas can accommodate 130 seated guests or 250 guests in cocktail configuration.
In the event of rain, which room is available for the cocktail reception and ceremony?
The weather will never dampen your magical day. A spacious, light-filled reception room is available in case of a fallback. It’s large enough to accommodate all your guests for the ceremony and cocktail reception.
Which wedding venues offer catering services and how flexible are you when it comes to choosing a caterer?
Domaine Lapédagne offers a full range of services, including refined catering. If you wish, you can use our in-house catering service, or choose to bring in the caterer of your choice.
Do you offer a brunch-type formula for the following day?
Yes, to extend the conviviality of your union, we organize delicious brunches on Sunday lunchtimes, perfect for getting together by the pool in a relaxed atmosphere.
If we bring our own spirits (wine, champagne, etc.), is there a corkage fee?
You’re free to choose the nectars that go with your meal, and we don’t charge corkage fees on the bottles you bring.
Is the pool open all weekend? Do you provide deckchairs and towels?
Your guests will be able to take full advantage of the aquatic areas and spa. Comfortable deckchairs and pool towels are provided. To ensure a peaceful night’s sleep and avoid careless night-time swimming, the pool is subject to late evening closing times.
What are the safety features and is there childcare?
The estate is fully secure to give you total peace of mind. Although we don’t provide in-house childcare, we can recommend excellent local providers to entertain and look after the little ones.
Is there a decibel limiter or a time to turn the music down?
Our spaces are perfectly designed to accommodate your musical entertainment, singers and DJs. There are no restrictive decibel limiters inside the reception hall. However, out of respect for the surrounding nature, we do ask you to turn down the volume outside after a certain hour.
Does the estate have the necessary equipment to power the professional kitchen and lighting?
Our infrastructures are modern and perfectly suited to large-scale events. The estate is equipped with a powerful, secure power supply to simultaneously operate the professional kitchen equipment, your DJ’s sound system and the marvelous lighting for your festive evenings.
